How To Avoid A Break Up And Loss Of Love

Breaking up can be so painful. If you have ever experienced a break up, you know how hard it is to get past the loss of your love. Even though the signs may be there, it is hard to see them until it is too late. Keeping this in mind it might be easier to avoid future break ups by paying attention to the signs that foretell it. It could also help you to heal a relationship and get back together after a break up. Here are some of the signs of an impending break up.

– Lack of physical contact. Less physical contact does not just mean sex but if your partner has stopped being interested in sex with you then there is a good chance a break up is coming. There will be times in any relationship when there is a lot of interest in sex and others when it will slow down. This is normal in any relationship.

When your partner stops physical touch such as holding your hand, then there could be a problem. If your love stops showing all physical touch such as putting their arm around you at the movies or in other public areas, there could be trouble. Watch out for sudden changes in touch especially outside the bedroom, as it can be an indication of changing feelings of affection.

If your love acts uncomfortable when you touch him or her, then you need to have a conversation about your relationship to find out what is going on. Talk it out and do not assume that there is going to be a break up as there may be another reason for the lack of touch. It could be problems at work or personal problems that has distracted your partner.

If you are normally only affectionate when wanting sex and you suddenly start to show more outward signs of affection, such as holding hands or cuddling in public then your partner may get confused and withdraw from these advances. This could be very normal and not a sign of a coming break up.

If your love does not feel good or is tired, then he or she might not respond to your affectionate mood. Watch for ongoing or long-term signs of being uncomfortable with your touch. This will tell you if it is an occasional thing, something that happens at certain times of the month or there really is a problem.

– Catching your partner in lies. Catching your partner in lies, even small ones can be signs that he or she is trying to cover up something. If a lie is small and harmless, then why even go through the trouble of telling it? One lie leads to another and then the lies get bigger and more involved. Before you know it you have to tell a lie to cover up the previous lie.

Watch to see if there is a pattern of lies before you determine it to be a sign that a break up is coming. Some little white lies like surprise birthday parties, a special gift or a surprise weekend away are harmless and almost necessary at times. These are not signs of a break up, so be careful before you accuse.

On the other hand some lies are schemes to cover up cheating activities, but others are harmless or unintentional. Make sure to watch for a long-term pattern of lies before approaching your love about the problem.

These are some of signs there could be a break up coming. There are more signs to consider before getting overwhelmed with the thoughts of a definite break up coming.
